Hi Sezzika - I would suggest that you send a recorded delivery letter to BEN SIMS at Pipex. Don't bother sending letters to the Managing Director, Chief Exec. or the Chairman - they will not reply. After much letter-writing, I was finally able to rescind my contract without any cancellation fee, so it is worth persevering.
