A lot of Pipex CS staff were confused about MACs - in particular LLU MACs, but have now upped their performance. As I said before, the new OFCOM regs have put the heat on. Many Pipex CS staff are under-trained and you sometimes need to persist, hopefully with minimum aggro.

I migrated from Pipex with an LLU MAC - the switch was done overnight so on activation day I was ready to go. Many others have also migrated.
