My personal recommendation would be to consult another IFA as soon as you can just to check if this is the best deal you can get. If your desperate for the house this weekend, the only choice you would have would be to go with the mortgage broker your with now. I went through a company called Peter Morgan, they are not open on the weekend, however they are open on Monday. Alternatively, moneysupermarket.com have their own team of IFAs who may be able to advise you on this one. If you have any friends / families / colleagues it may be worth asking them which adviser they used to get their mortgage through.

The secret is - don't panic!!!!!! I'm sure you will be fine.
