i'm beginning to become a bit of a nuisance asking questions all the time but does anyone know, apart from the Woolwich who offer a tracker mortgage with no arrangement fee or tie in? I am thinking of going onto a tracker rate when my current fixed rate ends 1st march until fixed rates (hopefully) come down.
