Oh and just a note that I was not questioning whether or not I had a valid claim when I started this post, I was questioning the time taken and the lack of apparent customer care from NU Direct and by this thread, to warn fellow car drivers who are thinking of taking cover with NU. Consider all the costs when you get that apparent "low" quote!
