Standing order bank charges:

I am with Lloyds TSB bank and, they have charged me 4 times for standing orders with lack of funds in my account.

Are you aware that there is an ongoing legal case concerning the "fairness" of bank charges? Google "reclaiming bank charges" and you may learn something to your advantage.

Reclaiming is currently on hold but I understand there will be an announcement next Wednesday.
