I happen to have a think banking account and i have never had any trouble with the account or the staff. They are so helpful, kind and understanding, also they dont let you have too much money go oout of your account incase you cant afford it.

I have never been in a better financial position for years as i am now. It's NOT true that you don't have full control of your account, because you do! yes they take money from your wages to pay bills, but the money that is left is yours to spend as you wish. And as for the £12.50 fee per month, i'd rather pay that than the charges banks make you pay when a Dd gets returned or you go overdrawn ! I think the average amount is £35 for a return and about £25 for overdrawn?

Suddenly the £12.50 seems like meer pocket change!!
