    i have a think banking account and to be honest i warning anyone not to take up the account- the customer service is awful- you can never get to speak to anyone , i have been trying to get through now for three days and still havent managed it. they have cancelled my direct debits twice due to an error with there systems, and to top it all they charge you 12.50 a month to mess you about - i am in the process of opening another account - thou im dreading closing my think banking down due to their inability to do any thing correctly

    so overall anyone who doesnt like to be messed about - dont get a think banking acount
