I strongly disagree with what you have said, I think maybe they have improved significantly since you had an account with them. I have recently opened an account with them an i think they are fantastic! Extremely helpful, the moneymanagers are well informed an deal with queries or issues whilst you are on the phone. They offer text services, Internet banking, text you when you have a credit to you account etc etc, The list goes on! I was with Barclays Bank, if you want to go with a terrible unhelpful bank i recommend Barclays. Think Bank are a significant improvement.
