free119 are offering tariff rate 118 services from our mobiles, there the ones doing totally free 118 from offices or homes, but i never call from my mobile so i activated my sim ready for the launch, there on billboards and local radio but aint seen any tv ads yet ? anyway what ever keeps my contract phone bill down the better, apparently businesses sign up to be on the list, and pay small fee, hence free for us end users. any ways hope others benefit.
