I contacted Talk Talk this evening and an agent rebilled my account up until 9th January and said it come to £12.39. Originally £22.38 until 22 Jan 07.
I accepted this and paid over the phone. I kept on questioning him asking if this is my final payment and have i now cleared my balance. He said yes. He also said that on the system it says i have disconnected from them. Not what everyone else was saying.
I got his name and thats that. Now they can't touch me for more money can they? I said i don't want a bad credit rating. He said no problem i won't. I just don't know what to believe from them anymore.
Anyway, hopefully the call will be recorded and i shouldn't get any more hasstle.
