Firstly, let me say thank you for the above information.
Secondly, i am going to stay with AOL Broadband and BT Phone line. I want to let you know how annoyed i am with Talk Talk keep pestering me !!!
On the 21 December 06 i cancelled my Talk Talk package. As soon as i put the phone down to them i rang BT who took my order and processed it. They advised i will be with them as from 09 Jan 07.
The latest bill i received from Talk Talk was billed up till the 22 Jan 07 and i phoned them to explain i'm with BT now and have been since the 09 Jan 07.
The agent on the phone didn't have a clue what to advise me as i said should i disregard this bill and wait for a Final Bill. She eventually said yes.
Ever since then, they ring me saying pay your bill. I tell them i'm waiting a final bill as they have billed me up until the 22 Jan 07. They keep saying that i will get a bad Credit score if i dont pay it. Don't they understand...... I am not with them !!!!
I rang BT to confirm i am with them and they said as from the 9th Jan 07 we taken over your line rental / call charges.
When i explained all this to Talk Talk they keep saying "NO" you are with Talk Talk...
Im getting very angry and frustrated.
