It may have been worth it in the long run, but how bad is the Customer Service? The phone goes down on you and everything. These guys didnt even mention MAC code to me and said they'd do it all for me.

I would hate anyone to go to them, im so p**sed off i didnt check forums first. i just saw the figure £19.99 per month and loved it.
