Not so much of a good deal when you have to spend all this effort. If you have Sky, they are pretty good but they can't deliver to all areas yet.

Give up and move onto someone else while persuing your claim via the small claims court.

Personally, I stick with BT. They may not be the cheapest but I think they are the most reliable although their Indian call centre is a pain in the rear. But at least you can get through to them, unlike the likes of Talk Talk.
