    T & C of Phones2UDirect

I think there is no way people could get a cash back from Phones2UDirect, as their T & C is very confusing: Please see below:

On T & C page for Cashback and Free Line Rental Offers says:

N.B. For clarification the 6th month's invoice is classed as the first

airtime bill issued after you have had the phone for a period of 180

    days
from the date of connection (inclusive). Subsequent bills will be

the first ones issued after each 90 day billing period, with the first

    period commencing from day 180.

    But
    Your Customer Service FAQ say:

To apply for your cashback, you will need to refer back to the terms

and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase for full details on

what is required and when, however the following general rules always

    apply.

    • The first application is made by sending in the bill for month 6.

    Clarification required:

Bill for the month 6, comes before 180 days are complete. So if I have

to send the first airtime bill issued after I have had the phone for a

period of 180 days, it will be the 7 the bill. This is because the

bills are send 30 days in advance.
