I switched from BT to TalkTalk but my line never went live and I was without a phone for over a month so I changed back to BT. However, TalkTalk still took the £49.44 connection fee out of my account! After 6 months of repeated phone calls, e-mails and letters, TalkTalk have finally given me a refund. Never join TalkTalk because trust me... you won't be talking! If you have problems with TalkTalk or Tiscali click on the link and let ISPA know. I contacted them and things got sorted in 5 days!
