There's always one isn't there! Do you think we are making it up? Why ignore good advice?

I suggest you read the forum linked to in my previous post before you go near Supanet again. As I have said if you don't really use the internet much they may be fine. Especially as so many people have now left. It is the bandwidth throttling (traffic shaping) that is the problem at peak times (i.e. all day). It was fine at 3-5 a.m.

My speed has more than doubled since leaving Supacrap, and more importantly for me, I have no packet loss, and latency (ping) is 1666.6 percent better!

You have been warned and good luck. It is your choice after all.
