I'm sorry Tompaul but I think you need to check your facts.

Three offers 3 plans, all of which come with an option of a 12, 18 or 24 mth contract.

You only get the USB dongle for free is you accept a 24 mth contract on Plus or Max - if you choose any other contract length or option you have to pay.

Like many users, you've been fooled a little bit by the landing page Three gave us which only highlights the 24 mth deals first - this is so that people assume the USB dongle is free when in fact it's only free in 2 out of 9 options.
