Blonde2grey:Now, now king johnny time to step down from your throne! I paid £40 to be connected to Sky BB I used the word "connected" very lightly! I also have not changed from another broadband provider and I am not paying a cheap rate for broadband. Another lie from Sky to rope me in. I have posted my various complaints in the "SKY BROADBAND IS RUBBISH" section. Justifying why it is crap. Why should we run up our phone bills for up to 45mins to listen to a load of crap. My phone bill had an extra £6 on it for a handful of calls. I just rang the idiots now had to go through the same old crap when all I wanted was a MAC no. then finally was told I will put you through now to the Department. About 3mins later was told sorry they are very busy can you call back. I said get someone to call me back, was told we cannot do that so I said thanks for wasting my time again and running up my phone bill. I have emailed watchdog today I will email them again to see if they can get me my MAC no. The freephone nos. someone kindly posted on "sky broadband is rubbish" do'nt get you anywhere I was asked to press 2 for a MAC and got through to the engineers! who gave me a 0870 no. how kind of them. SKY Broadband if this is progress god help us all!

Can you not email Sky, rather than spending hours on the phone, although according to other posts you may not get a reply. If you have to ring them, make sure you look their number up on the saynoto0870.com website.
