Ok; first things first, I am a bit computer illiterate!!!

Basically, we have a BT line and Broadband is supplied by SKY (Along with phone and TV package). Out router is over a year old and has a really low speed (54 something) so we bought a new router (D-Link) for faster internet connections (4 times faster).

To cut a long story short, we need a user name and password to enable us to transfer our connection from the Netgear unit to the D-link unit. BUT Sky wont give it out to you; all they say is look on the web....

So we did, and have tried the usual things revealed on google (admin as user, password as password; admin as user and sky as password) all to no avail.

Anyone able to offer any advice, please? We have looked at switching supplier, but we have the all in one sky telephone and broadband package.
