    I see where your coming from, however, the complaint that we have is that we were given a timescale and had organised to see another car during that time. As this never happened, due to the hours my partner works, we had to spend on taxi's and he had also missed a day's work to pay in the cheque. We were met with utter rudeness on various occasions and I dont feel that any company, big or small should deal with complaints in such an unproffesional and unsympathetic way. We have lost out financially and also in our time. To be honest it's not merely for the financial reimbursment that I would be looking to take things further. I just think it's unfair knowing that they will continue to meet customers with such rudeness.
