I have received a holding response from the FO and will post summary of full response as soon as received. Consumer WatchDog, as a contributor has suggested, is a possibility. I did contact the Guardian, but Capital Letters, inundated as it is with often bigger tales of fraud, sadly did not pursue the matter.
