I can't see any problem. Some landlords are more fussy than others but if you've got a month's rent plus the same again for the deposit, you should be able to find somewhere as long as you are working. If you were not working, your chances of finding somewhere good would be increased if there is someone who is in full time work who will act as a guarantor.
