Just thought i'd let you know about my experience with this company as i can see it's gotten some bad comments.

I purchased a Pure Personal Accident policy about 5 months ago over the phone with this company for me, my partner and my little girl. As soon as i bought my policy i got a confirmation about my policy via email & then i got my policy documents via email a few hours later, i also got my policy documents in the post too!
I got my 3 months free and have made two payments by Direct Debit since.
So as far as i'm concerned this company has provided me with good insurance cover and a good all round service. I look forward to hearing what other products they have to offer me in the future.
