I understand that u are interested in hearing about problems claiming cashback.I started 2 phone contracts through phonebox direct with the promise of £420 cashback.I now find that they have gone into administration & am left paying £35 a month to T Mobile, who say its not their problem! I told them that I cant afford £35 p m but the most they are willing to offer is a £5 reduction which is what is available to new customers on their website & not what I call a rescue package.I am disgusted at the mobile networks wahiong their hands of this problem, when it is they who encourage such companies with cash incentives to sell their airtime.I would be interested if u have any advise on what to do with T Mobile.
