I believe based on your line speed of 1Mbps on an upto 8Meg product and 0.5Mbps on an upto 2Meg you would be best speaking to Sky.

Certain providers in your area may not accept an application from you due to the low line speed. The Sky service would be £16 a month and would provide you with Sky TV, Evening and weekend calls and a free upto 2Meg service that should do the job.

I think this package would be your best bet.
