Hi thanks for that reply, you are the first person i have heard of that has actually got some cashback from them .In my last email i sent them  I have given them until tomorrow to receive my cheque and i told them that if i don't get it by then i will be taking it further with the help of a sunday newspaper but maybe i should threaten the legal action .
