I am afraid i can't offer help but I am pursuing my 1st claim still through this company and my 2nd claim is due to go off when my next bill arrives in the next few days. I sent my claim recorded delivery on 25th July and i keep emailing then and just keep getting fobbed off with replies saying we are looking into your claim. I have phoned and also foind no one will speak to you about cashback or complaints. I sent an official complaint letter 3 weeks ago and haven't had a reply to that either. I am getting so frustrated by these people and don't know how to go further with my claim though i don't intend giving up ! Sorry i am not able to help , just thought i would share my experience . Please let me know if you get anywhere with them.
