I believe Phones2udirect to be one of the worst companies of this type, even more so than Phonebox Direct and Cool New Mobile who have recently gone bust.  At least I successfully managed to get all my cashback from Phonebox Direct on a deal I had with them last year, even if I have lost out this time around. 

I had a contract for my girlfriend with Phones2udirect this year, and sent in my first claim correctly.  They eventually replied denying my claim because they said I hadn't included the correct paperwork, but I know full well that I did.  They said I hadn't included the invoice they sent me with the phone, but they never actually sent an invoice.  I had a delivery note which was the only paperwork they included, but that wasn't good enough for them.  So they get you right at the start when they don't even send you the paperwork that you supposedly need to claim.  I tried to argue with them but got no response so I gave up in the end, despite losing £360.  I have definitely learned my lesson with cashback schemes now, and if there are still any companies operating these kind of deals I would advise everyone to steer well clear of them.
