    He doesnt deal with emails or calls because there is not enough time in the day to respond to so many complaints. I called 'customer relations' 2 days ago & was told Simon Slater didnt work there only to be told in the next breath that Simon was not in the office at the moment. I got told that they do not have a complaints dept or a customer service manager. So it must just be a bunch of robots answering calls & lying to customers while somebody at the top appears to be making a lot of money but has no voice. I spoke to a manager at O2 when I cancelled my contracts & he told me that they no longer deal with company because of the amount of complaints. I think it is about time Moneysupermarket done the same thing. It must be embarrassing to be associated with this company.
