You can only phone them on 150 if you are on cable! I am on non-cable and as for the 09 number thing your saying then I had found a technical problem with their website noticing me as a virgin customer and they where then able to sort it at a charge to me of over £15 because the 090 is £1 a minute! the have canceled the 25p one! I cannot phone it!!! It was £19!!! And I helped them solve a problem on their system. I was on hold for 3 minutes I was explaining the problem for 11 minutes, I was on hold while they fixed it for the other 5 minutes! I was never refunded! And i had helped them with THEIR technical problems! 19 minutes in total!
