1st of all i thank you all for your post and quick replys.

Has Anyone heard of Yes Car Credit???? well because i had a bad credit score, no car company would give me finance, so i had to go to them, on the contract it has 2 coloums 1 is for the car finance, the other is for the PPI, The monthly payment is combined and payable in 1 payment each month. However the condition of the sale of the car is that i had to take out the ppi. There's a link to a solicitor. I didnt take up this solicitors offer but 1 day in my e-mail i recieved a link to another solicitor based in Manchester and it's a no win no fee case.

I no longer have the car, i told then i am wanting rid of it, as i was legualy in my right to do so, i paid all the payments up to the half way mark and no other money for the car would be due. However the ppi still stands, i can tell you there's a big issue going on at the moment to do with ppi, your rights under the law. Programs have covered this issue, ie: trever tonight, ect
Watch dog has also bin involved and the office of fare traiding. My solicitor tells me there is a 80% chance in a win. I could get back every penny i paid for ppi, as yes car credit has brocken the law.
