OK, I spoke to Smart today and have confirmed that the GAP hasn't fully gone through yet and that the process will be stopped. I will get a call for the finance man tomorrow to redo all the paperwork, meaning I will be using my original £1000 deposit on the car only and that inturn will lower my monthly payment. Also I will still be able to collect the car Saturday but just have stack more paperwork to sign.

Feeling my happier now.
