So far Tech support has been ok for me. No waiting time whatsoever.

My "go live" date was yesterday however and it wasn't live. After 'phoning tech support they advised me to 'phone customer support, which I did and they had to call someone else to find out what the problem was. I was on hold for about 8 minutes and the woman kept coming back on to ask if it was ok to keep holding. Eventually I told her to put the notes on my account so that when I called in next they could just tell me what was up. I'll update this thread once I have phoned them back.
