I have just moved from think banking to natwest. Natwest seemed to bend over backwards for me & I am really happy with the service & that I can now do all my business on line.

I was told by a debt reduction company that they may just give me the basic account but was really gobsmacked that they offered me a better account. I even get annual travel insurance which is a real bonus for me as I go abroad 2 times a year
