I've never used Tiscali, but I had the *exact* same problem with AOL. Useless and they continued to take money out of my account for 2 months after I cancelled my subscription. I had paid with my debit card and they just continued to take money using the card details. I filed a complaint, but they would not do anything. I tried contacting Trading Standards, the Citizens Advice Bureau and the bank and everything but was told there was nothing I could do.
