i had an accident where i went into the back of an un-insured driver (the make model of the car i hit did not match the reg on his car according to the MID) and he did not claim against me. i am only a new driver (24) and am only 3rd party, am i still entitled to a NCB as no claim will have been placed? at the time i informed my insurance company and also exhanged details with the chap whose car I hit.
