    I'm sorry you've had problems amending your quote, and I do agree with you that there's nothing more frustrating that having to go all the way through a quote process only to have to start it all over again for the sake of one detail.

    The good news here is that this is something we recognise as a potential area for problems and we are looking to implement a new piece of functionality later in the year which will help resolve this problem.
