    Sorry I missed that part of your question.

    The cover you refer to is "driving other cars" extension. This cover is in place for the named driver on a comprehensive policy to drive another vehicle (with the owners permisson) on a third party only basis BUT this cover is only meant to be for emergency purposes not day to day use.

    So in your circumstance the answer would be no I'm afraid.
