i think the probelm with talktalk is that the majority of staff are tied up handling complaints as the service is so woeful,

for anyone reading this... do yourself and favor and give talktalk a wide berth and save yourself alot of hassle.

the free broadband is a scam anyway, you invariably get hooked into expensive support calls to india and get cycled round their department as none of them are knowledgable enough to sort the problem out.
