The best option would be to find a good IFA in your area. If you can, ask around in work / friends / family to see if they have any personal recommendations. The moneysupermarket team can offer you some advice and they can also refer you to an IFA closer to you. The IFA I went with was called Peter Mortgage mortgages (see google) however I went to see many IFA with different companies before I made the final decision. Trust is the key - if your not 100% happy, walk away. Its best you find an IFA that searches the whole market for the best mortgage deal for you.

As your deposit would be quite large then I doubt you would have too much of a problem finding a mortgage for you.
