There is  no point in spending any money on legal advice and or court/fees. There is almost certainly no chance of getting any money out of CNM/PBD. The best you can hope for is to get a reduction in your phone tariff from the network provider. Contact them and see what they say. Vodaphone seem to be reasonably generous, the others less so.
