i have been on the less than perfect website, and to very honest, 1st impressions are CHEAP, after i placed my order with in about 10 mins they were on the phone requesting payment.

i told them to call me back on friday, and after reading the messages on here i have changed my mind.

i too have also applied for a natwest step account, after speaking to a very nice advisor. and i have also been accepted in principle and i have to wait for all the forms to sign and then take them into my local branch to have the account openend.

i will keep you all posted.....
