I've been busy and not able to look at the postings. Again, and at the risk of being flammed by people who haven't actually tried the company concerned, I did use them and it worked for me. I have also just enquired about a car contract and that is being sorted.

If something does what it says, and isn't either illegal or unprofessional, how on earth can it be a scam? I think people posting such comments are being downright reckless. Some people need help if, like me, they don't have the time to trawl for the information needed and don't want to have unnecessary applications refused.

No matter what your personal opinions, let people find out for themselves. As to "backfoot", he/she doesn't state whether they got what they applied for, and if not, whether they got their money back. Of course, it could be a malicious attempt to rubbish what is, in my opinion as a returning customer or theirs, a good service.

No doubt the rumble will continue.
