    Re: Landsbanki Guernsey

Smit1970:Perhaps I am mistaken, I thought it was a Guernsey registered company. You are clearly more in the clique than I am,

No, I just read the information openly available. Click on the link at the bottom of the LGDAG home page and you can too.

and your "commercialism" comments seemingly do not apply to limited companies - go figure.

It's a non-profit company, so not commercial, but what I said was in reference to the fact that the details of owners of commercial domains are published, whereas those of non-commercial (i.e. personal, non-profit, charitable, etc) domains are not, hence why I put in the word "commercial".

Save us doubters a few moments, publish this public "UK companies house" data that you obtained here? Lets see if it is a nominee or if it tallys with the info I obtained.

The companies house website search results don't seem to have reusable links. Go to www.companieshouse.gov.uk and do the search yourself. Get the company number from the LGDAG site first, it makes the search easier.

While you are "laughing", do tell us why you felt the need to check this "UK registered non-profit company", with you being such a trusting soul and all...........

I'm not blindly trusting. I checked and was satisfied they do exist as a legally registered entity, that's it. I wasn't laughing at sensible basic checking, but at the suggestions of "socialist powers" conspiracies, etc.

Really, it doesn't sound like you've looked at any of the openly available information about LGDAG at all. As well as the info above on the open part of their site, if you read the press releases you'll discover the names of the lead players, and if you follow the links to the media reports the press have published about LGDAG you'll find photos and video interviews, so even get to see what they look like.

All that's available for anyone to see, and, yes, I looked over all of that before joining too, to decide if they were really an "action" group worth joining, or just a "whinging" group.....

Anyway, any actually useful discussion on this site for getting our money back seems to have fizzled, so I'm going to "fizzle" too and leave you to believe whatever you want to believe.....
