Not good news I'm afraid !!. Woke up friday morning- no dial tone on the phone and it is now tuesday and still have no dial tone !! so no broadband either (using one at work). Madasafish have been very helpful in trying to sort out the problem. BT have claimed once to have fixed the problem but to no avail.As we have mobiles with pay-as-you-go with emergency credit only it has been a nightmare accessing a phone and we have had to rely on out neighbours kindness, plus we have a 9 month old baby so need the phone.
