Firstplus are stubborn ba****ds and people power is obviously not going to make them budge. We are just getting lame excuses and non answers to any of our questions. The contempt they have of their customers is very apparent. If the regulatory bodies don't get off their backsides and hold them accountable, then legal action is the way we have to go. I'm keen to push ahead with this as each month that goes by, the more money they are extorting from us. We have given them every opportunity to play fair and they have not even dropped half a % to try and placate us.
