i think i put her right on the spot with a few questions that she didn't know how to answer, hence why i was put on hold a few times, obviously to get help off someone else on how to fob me off!

Gonna e-mail F/P in the morning with reference to the phone call i had with them today, and will wait for Aly's reply before going to the FO, FSA, as you say, if it is all coordinated it will look better, and be easier to keep track of.
