Hi guys

My girlfriend purchased a car on finance a couple of years ago and she recently found the paperwork with it, It states that she didn't purchase redunduncy insurance yet it appears she has always been paying it!

She has contacted the finance company who appear to be wiping there hands of it and advise my girlfriend to contact the insurance company (A company whom she's never heard of or had any dealings with!)

There montly payment that she pays is just to the finance company and not 2 to seperare companys (the finance and the insurance) and I don't see how the finance company won't have information regarding this redunduncy insurance!

We are in the process of trying to claim these monies back, Does anyone have any advice regarding?

I would appriate any help
