Yes unfortunately standard travel insurance will not cover this, however, having just looked for you there is a company called First Act Insurance (just type this into google), they offer travel insurance for entertainers working abroad so may be worth having a look at these.

Please be sure to read all the small print and the Policy Wording thoroughly and should you have any doubt contact them direct before buying.
